Most of the people drinks red wine daily, drinking red wine in small quantities is good for health.
Red wine has alcohol as well as some natural contents like bioflavonoid and resveratrol, helpful for many health issues.

Flavonoids are antioxidant helping to prevent blood clots and plaques formation in arteries.
Resveratrol increases HDL cholesterol. Alcohol can stimulate the appetite; Reasearches found red wine boost in a brainpower with one drink a day.

Drinking red wine reduces heart disease, it reduces bad cholesterol, it also help in keeping blood vessels dilated, so it can lead to lower risk of heart attacks.

Red wine reduces some types of cancers; it is also helpful for Alzheimer disease. Red wine can reduces the formation of kidney stones, wine is a good antioxidant, so it helping to prevent the cellular damage to our body.
