Eyes are the most important organ of body. It is a complex and most sensory organ of our face. An eye looks very attractive and pretty with their shape and color. Eyes are one of the most precious organs and our vision is one of the most wonderful gifts by god to us.
But many people ignore the eyes and forget to take eye care. They are spending too much time in front of computer, watching TV, etc. They forget to take prevention of eyes otherwise they are getting problems like blindness, blurred vision, and eye diseases. Eye care is very essential to kept away such kind of problems and you should maintain the health of eyes.
Some helpful eye care tips:
Avoid spending unnecessary time in front of television or computers, but it is necessary for those who do work at that time keep a suitable distance from the computer.
Avoid smoking, smoking contain toxic substances which are responsible for damaging the eyes.
Regular consumption of nutritional fruits, green spinach, tomatoes, carrots are very much beneficial for improving vision of eyes.
Drinking plenty of water is very effective for healthy eyes.
Red, itchy eyes can be treated by splashing water four times in a day, this also cure eye infection.
Regular intake of walnuts reduces weakness of the eyes and it also prevents the dark circles under the eyes.
Intake of vitamin A, C, E is necessary for improving eye vision.
Using some eye drops like cyclosporine eye drops are also beneficial for improving eye conditions.
Regular interval of eye exercise like palming, blinking, pupil exercise is very much beneficial for relaxing and soothing the eyes.
Palming Exercise-Keeping the palms of both hands, cover the closed eyes with palm till 5-10 minutes.
Blinking- Blink the eyes at least 5-10 times per minutes.
Pupil Exercise- Rotating the pupils clockwise as well as anticlockwise at least 4-6 times and keep your neck and backbone straight.
